Lemon Butter Sauce for Grilled Fish Fillet
INGREDIENTS
- Lemon
- Butter
- Pepper
- Salt
- Barramundi fish fillet
METHOD
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Leave until the butter turns brown and the smell suddenly changes and becomes nutty – about 3 minutes.
- Stir through lemon juice.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the Barramundi fish fillet and fry for a few minutes on all sides, or until the fish is browned and cooked through.
