Lemon Butter sauce for grilled Fish fillet

INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Barramundi fish fillet

METHOD

  • Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Leave until the butter turns brown and the smell suddenly changes and becomes nutty – about 3 minutes.
  • Stir through lemon juice.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the Barramundi fish fillet and fry for a few minutes on all sides, or until the fish is browned and cooked through.
