Barramundi Salt & Pepper Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g Muhudu Modha
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

METHOD

  • Squeeze the lime into a bowl & add Salt & Pepper. Mix it will and place the skinless Barramundi piece & let it marinate for 10 minutes.

 

  • Heat the pan and pour the Olive oil and let it heat. Once the pan is heated place the Barramundi piece and fry it 2-3 minutes each side.
    It’s that simple and you can serve this with steamed rice or vegitables.
