Baked Barramundi (Muhudu Moda) Spices & With South Asian Spices
INGREDIENTS
- 100g Muhudu Modha
- 2 tbsp Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1 1/2 tbsp Grated Ginger
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 Green Chillies
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 Lime
- Curry Leaves and Rampev
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 1 Potatoes
- 1 Tomato
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 1/2 Cups of Coconut Milk
- 1 Banana Leaf
METHOD
- Cut the Barramundi filet in to two pieces. Prepare a bowl to marinate the fish. Add Yoghurt, Coriander Leaves, Grated Ginger, Green Chili, Garlic, Turmeric Powder, Pepper, Salt & Lime Juice and mix well. Place the fish on the bowl and spread on both side and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place the filets on a Banana leaf and baked for 25 min and Voila! Serve with steamed rice.
